In Manager feedback
Connect

This is an online survey wherein we collect feedback on “Manager Quality” (quality of interface a Manager has with his/her subordinates). The feedback received by the Manager on this survey is also useful in developing leadership capabilities.

An informal, non hierarchy based structure helps any employee go across and speak to the person he/she is comfortable with to resolve any grievance or issue. However, HR acts as a facilitator.
